LNJP系列射流粉碎分级机是我公司针对产品粒度较粗，有特定粒度段要求、成品率要求高的产品而开发的一种全新粉碎分级机(最佳产品)，该机型主要具有成品率高、能耗低、粒度均匀稳定等优势。广泛用于玻璃微珠、金属硅粉、石墨粉(电池负极材料)的生产。

◆采用我公司流能技术研究所开发的流体力学软件，计算出最合适的流场，最理想的压力分布来指导设计，喷流能的充分利用及粉碎强度控制技术，极大的提高了粉碎效率，降低了能耗，过粉碎小；

◆成品率高：该设备与目前市场上常规的磨粉机相比，成品率提高了8-15个百分点。

◆能耗低：装机功率小、单位能耗低，比常规气流磨低40%；

◆耐磨性好：二次风采用专门的设计，使二次进风全段面均匀流，保持清洗流场均匀稳定，大大的降低了磨损。
