一、产品简介：

适用于爆炸性气体和爆炸性粉尘环境的布袋除尘器，能满足相应的防爆要求。DMF-Ex防爆型电磁脉冲阀是根据GB38361.20000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第1部分:通用要求》、GB3836.9- 2006《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第9部水洛封型"m"》、GB12476.1-2000《可燃性粉尘环境用电气设备第1部分:用外壳和限制表面温度保护的电气设备》的规定，制成浇封型结构或防粉尘点燃型，其防爆标志为ExmbllT4/DIP A20TA,T4,适用于工厂存在或可能存在II类，T1T4组可燃性气体、蒸气与空气混合形成的爆炸危险1区或2区场所或者可燃性粉尘A型20区环境中。


二、安装方法提示：

1、电磁脉冲阀的喷吹气源由气箱（气包）提供，分气箱有方形和圆形二种，圆形分气箱耐压力效果较好，使用淹没式电磁脉冲阀时，方形分气箱安装比较方便。

2、分气箱的截面积和长度决定储气容积，其容积应满足该组脉冲阀每次喷吹后，箱内剩余压力不低于喷吹前压力的50%，进气管内径决定向分气箱充气速度，其速度应满足该组脉冲阀每次喷吹后10s内使箱内气体恢复至喷吹前压力。

3、脉冲阀应安装在分气箱的上部或侧面，安装侧面时脉冲阀输入端中心不应低于分气箱侧面中心线以下，脉冲阀不可安装在分气箱底部，同时脉冲阀输出端应安装处于水平或向下位置，不可安装向上位置。

4、喷吹管的喷吹孔应小于18左右，开孔为∶8-32mm(远小近大），喷吹管离布袋口200-400为宜。

5、特别提醒:安装电磁脉冲阀之前，需清除气包、喷吹管内部及阀的配合面的一切杂质。

6、喷吹管必须按照说明书进行加工。

7、为保护电磁脉冲阀，在气包的进气前端安装过滤器、调压阀，并在气包的底部安装排污阀，确保提供的压缩气体干净、干燥。根据运行条件定期排污。

8、根据气包客积选择合适的进气管，保证有足够的供气量。

9、在脉冲阀喷吹时，因压气流90°转弯惯性冲击，脉冲阀进气连接部位易松动脱离，因此在脉冲阀进气口连接部位设定位钢圈，防止脉冲阀因惯性冲击而松动，并准确保证安装位置。

10、安装时只要操作各组件压紧螺母，可在水平方向前后移动操作，安装维修方便，确保紧固螺杆平衡受力拧紧，防止安装不平衡损坏脉冲阀。

11、在安装或搬运电磁脉冲阀时，要求轻拿轻放，杜绝野蛮操作。

12、每个控制回路只能控制一个电磁脉冲阀。

13、电磁脉冲阀安装后，不允许再对气包及相关的法兰。连接嗜吹管进行焊接。防止焊渣或者瞬问高温烫伤膜片。

14、电磁脉冲阀的脉冲信号时间长，导致阀不能及时关闭，喷吹不正常，浪费气源。建议使用的脉冲宽度在80ms~150ms

15、在较寒冷地区，需对电磁脉冲阀进行适当的保温。

16、在拆装电磁脉冲阀之前，必须排净气包里的压缩空气。
