简介：新巴雅尔 教授，博导，省部级领军人才。常年从事金属耐磨材料、材料加工工程、高温合金、铜合金材料、热电功能材料以及材料磨损与腐蚀等领域科研与教学工作。在Wear、Nano Energy、Journal of Materials Research and Technology、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、J Mater Chem C. 和 Mater. Design等国内外知名的杂志以及国际会议论文集上公开发表高质量学术论文 90余篇，论文引用次数1200余次，2020以来800余次，h-Index指数为19。出版专著1部，已授权中国专利15多项，其中已转化4项。
